Are you a passionate and enthusiastic individual ready to make a real difference in the lives of young learners? We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant (TA) to join a welcoming primary school environment in the Woodchurch area. This is a fantastic opportunity to work full-time, supporting children during their most crucial developmental stage.

Job Responsibility:

Creating a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment for children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Supporting children during their most crucial developmental stage

Requirements:

Relevant Qualification in Childcare or Education is essential
Minimum 6 months of UK Primary School work experience is preferred (but not mandatory if you have a strong relevant qualification)
Must hold the Right to Work in the UK and possess an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach to supporting child development
Strong communication skills to liaise with teachers, parents, and other staff
