Job Description:

Early Years Teaching Assistant position at an Ofsted 'Outstanding' School in Hammersmith with state-of-the-art equipment, various professionals supporting pupil development, and a rich curriculum. Opportunity to work with a school that works holistically to develop the whole child.

Job Responsibility:

Working across Nursery & Reception (3-4 years old)
Delivering sessions in Phonics, Spelling and Writing
Be a key person during the transition between a Nursery setting and a Primary School setting through home visits
Utilising effective practice, producing high quality provisions and interventions suited to all children
Contribute to oral and written assessments and the recording of the results to prepare pupils for external testing, including SEN assessments
Deliver EYFS curriculum to ages 3-4

Requirements:

CACHE Level 3 is Ideal
Strong Academics
Degree from a reputable university at 1:1 or 2:1
Knowledge of early years education
Charismatic, fun loving personality
Passionate about education sector
Psychology/Sociology graduates encouraged to apply
