This is a full-time support role where you will play a vital part in implementing literacy and numeracy programs while fostering a safe, nurturing environment. Job Responsibility:
Preparation of resources and engaging activities for the whole class, small groups, and 1:1 support
Implementing literacy and numeracy programs tailored to the EYFS framework
Providing feedback to pupils and teachers regarding progress and achievement
Collaborating with teachers and specialist support staff to organise appropriate activities
Monitoring and tracking pupil development to support personal growth and confidence
Promoting positive behaviour and active participation in all classroom activities
Assisting with personal care programs and Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
Requirements:
TA Qualified (Level 2 or Level 3, or actively working towards one)
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
Experience working with young children and knowledge of SEN/learning difficulties
Possession of an Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to acquire a new one)
Comfort managing challenging behaviours with a creative and flexible supporting style
