Job Description:

Justteachers is offering an exciting opportunity for a caring and proactive Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a nurturing primary school in Southam. This full-time role begins after the February half term. The school provides a safe and stimulating learning environment where children are encouraged to develop socially, emotionally and academically.

Job Responsibility:

Support children through play-based learning activities
Provide one-to-one and small group support
Assist the class teacher with planning and preparation
Support emotional and social development
Help manage behaviour calmly and effectively

Requirements:

Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
Experience working within an EYFS setting
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
Excellent communication skills
Two references from childcare or education roles
