Job Responsibility:
Designing and implementing engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
Creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported in their individual growth and development
Conducting regular observations and assessments to track children progress and identify areas for further support or enrichment
Building positive and collaborative relationships with parents and caregivers to ensure open communication and partnership in children learning journey
Supporting children in developing essential skills such as self-confidence, resilience, and empathy to foster their overall well-being and social competence
Facilitating hands-on, play-based learning experiences that encourage creativity, curiosity, and exploration
Tailoring teaching strategies and activities to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of individual children within the classroom
Requirements:
A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE/QTS) with Early Years specialism
Experience working with young children in an educational setting, preferably within a Reception or Early Years environment
Strong knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality, child-centred learning experiences
