Job Description:

This is an internationally accredited school in Central Java, Indonesia, with 42 years of operation. It follows a community-owned model, fostering a close-knit, family-oriented environment. The school offers international curricula, including IEYC, IPC, Cambridge Primary and Secondary, and IGCSE. Job Responsibility:

Plan and deliver engaging, student-centered lessons
Collaborate with local co-teachers to create integrated learning experiences
Assess and track student progress using formative and summative assessments
Foster an inclusive, inquiry-driven classroom environment
Utilise innovative technology to enhance learning
Contribute to the school's community and uphold its values
Participate in parent meetings and school events
Lead extracurricular activities (clubs, sports, or student leadership)
Engage in curriculum development and professional learning opportunities

Requirements:

Fully qualified with 5 years of experience
Previous experience in international or bilingual schools preferred
Strong understanding of student-centered and inquiry-based learning
Experience in international curricula (IEYC, IPC, Cambridge, IGCSE) preferred
Strong classroom management and student engagement skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a co-teaching environment
Adaptability to diverse cultural settings
Passion for fostering global citizenship in students
Ability to implement assessment for learning strategies

Nice to have:

Previous experience in international or bilingual schools preferred
Experience in international curricula (IEYC, IPC, Cambridge, IGCSE) preferred
