Job Responsibility

  • Deliver engaging and effective teaching in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
  • Identify learning gaps and implement targeted interventions to support pupil progress
  • Monitor and assess children’s development, maintaining accurate records
  • Build strong relationships with parents and carers, providing regular updates on progress
  • Contribute positively to the wider school community

Requirements

  • Relevant Early Years qualification (e.g. QTS or equivalent)
  • Proven experience teaching in Nursery or Reception
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
  • Ability to provide two recent education or school-based references
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
