Job Description

Colegio Mestral is seeking a passionate and caring Early Years Teacher to join our team in Ibiza for the 2026–2027 academic year. We are looking for a native English-speaking teacher or a teacher with a very high level of English to teach children aged 3 to 5 years old in English within our Early Years department.

Job Responsibility

  • Plan and deliver engaging English-language lessons for children aged 3–5 years old
  • Create a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom environment that supports early childhood development
  • Encourage students' language, social, emotional, and cognitive growth through play-based learning activities
  • Monitor and assess student progress, maintaining regular communication with families and the school team
  • Collaborate with colleagues on classroom planning, school activities, and the overall wellbeing of students

Requirements

  • Native English speaker or excellent command of English
  • Experience working with Early Years / Preschool children (ages 3–5)
  • Warm, creative, and dynamic teaching approach
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a school team
  • Essential: Candidates must already be resident in Ibiza
