Job Description

Justteachers is looking for a passionate teacher to enter take over an early years class in Kettering. The position is full-time on a long-term basis, starting in March 2026 until July 2026 (On a temporary contract, with the possibility for a permanent contract for the right candidate). The role offers a large and supportive senior leadership team. Shortlisting is currently taking place with teachers of varying experience encouraged to apply including early career teachers.

Job Responsibility

  • Work closely with early years staff to ensure pupils are support appropriately
  • Make creative planning to engage pupils in learning
  • Ensure safeguarding standards are met inside and outside the classroom
  • Contribute to the nurturing environment both within the classroom and throughout the school

Requirements

  • Qualified Teaching Status or equivalent
  • Proven experience in Primary Education
  • A minimum of two references that cover the past two years, including last employer. Ideally references will be education or school-based references
