As an Early Years Support Worker, you’ll have the opportunity to engage with children in both indoor and outdoor settings, creating stimulating and inspiring learning experiences that support their academic, social, and emotional development. You’ll become part of a passionate, skilled team dedicated to giving every child the best possible start in life.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide safe, engaging, and fun learning experiences for children aged 3 months to 5 years
  • Support the team in daily routines, activities, and holiday cover
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Promote the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children

Requirements

  • Passion for working with young children and supporting their development
  • Teamwork and reliability
  • Early Years qualification is desirable but not essential
