ZERO HOUR CONTRACT - FLEXIBLE HOURS (IDEALLY 8AM - 6PM OR 8AM - 2PM OR 10AM - 6PM) Whether you are qualified / unqualified / returning to your Early Years career after a break, or you are looking for a change of career and think Childcare is for you we want to hear from you! As an Early Years Supply, we provide flexible hours that suit around you, but we also offer career progression, and any training opportunities paid for by us at Thrive! As a Nursery Assistant, your key responsibilities will include: Assist with learning opportunities and exceptional care that helps young children to develop. To have an engaging and energetic personality. Covering holidays and help provide staff cover whilst gaining on the job experience! Provide effective care and learning that enables children to progress and prepare them for school. Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children. Work in partnership with colleagues, parents and/or carers or other professionals to meet the individual needs of the children. But more importantly as a Nursery Assistant you will have lovely warm smile that makes our children feel welcomed and special in every sense of the way! Happitots Boddam is a well-established and trusted nursery within the local community. At Boddam, we have free on site parking, and we are committed to being an environmentally friendly nursery, making changes wherever we can in order to make the world a cleaner place! We have a large outdoor area at Boddam which we love to explore with our amazing children! As a Nursery Assistant, you will love the outdoors and spending time with our wonderful children rummaging through leaves, and finding the hidden gems that nature holds!
