Job Description

Level 3 Early Years Practitioner – Full-time and part-time roles available from ASAP. We are currently seeking nurturing and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to support children across nursery and early years settings in Norwich and the surrounding areas. These flexible opportunities are ideal for practitioners who are passionate about early childhood development and want to make a meaningful impact in a variety of settings.

Job Responsibility

  • Support children's learning and development through play and structured activities
  • Assist in planning and delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
  • Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment
  • Work collaboratively with staff and parents to support individual needs
  • Observe and record children's progress and contribute to planning

Requirements

  • Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education is essential
  • Experience working in nursery or early years settings
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
