Job Description

We are looking for flexible bank nursery practitioners to join our warm and welcoming nursery team in central Ipswich. This is a genuinely flexible role with no fixed rota, making it ideal for students, returners to work, or anyone who wants variety in their week. As a Bank Nursery Practitioner, you will step in to support the team when cover is needed. You’ll help provide a safe, caring, and engaging environment for children, working alongside a friendly team that values flexibility and teamwork.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the day-to-day running of our vibrant childcare rooms
  • Deliver high-quality learning experiences for children aged 0–5
  • Step in to cover staff absences and holidays
  • Bring creativity, energy, and a sense of fun to every session

Level 2 or 3 early years qualification
