Job Responsibility:

Planning & Assessment: Deliver age-appropriate activities and maintain precise observations and progress reports for your key children
Environment: Create an inviting, educational indoor and outdoor space that sparks curiosity
Relationship Building: Act as a professional point of contact for parents regarding their child's development
Safety & Care: Maintain impeccable standards of health and safety, assisting with personal care and mealtime routines with dignity

Requirements:

Holds a full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years (e.g., NVQ Level 3, Cache Level 3)
Has proven experience working with the 0-5 age range in a formal nursery setting
Possesses a thorough knowledge of the EYFS and statutory requirements
Shows strong initiative, with the ability to lead activities and mentor junior staff
Is fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
