How you’ll spend your time here: You’ll plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children. Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily. Whilst seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions. Bonding with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments. You’ll also deliver high levels of care and empathy, with an understanding that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity.

Job Responsibility

Plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children
Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily
Seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions
Bonding with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments
Deliver high levels of care and empathy, with an understanding that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity

Requirements

Must hold a Level 3 or above in Childcare
An Early Years qualification at Level 3
Experience of working with all age groups within Early Years settings
Knowledge of the EYFS framework would be advantageous

Nice to have
