Shape Little Futures in the Heart of Cambridge! 🌿 Are you a passionate Early Years Educator looking for a setting that values your expertise as much as you value a child's development? We are looking for a dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our vibrant, family-orientated nursery located just a stone's throw from Cambridge Station. Working in our beautifully refurbished building, you'll be part of a team recognized for its outstanding contribution to the social and emotional growth of children aged 12 months to 4 years.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver high-quality EYFS practice that sparks curiosity and joy
  • Foster a safe, nurturing environment where every child feels seen and supported
  • Utilize our incredible outdoor spaces to encourage physical play and exploration
  • Collaborate with a supportive team to maintain our outstanding standard of care

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above)
  • Paediatric First Aid certification
  • genuine passion for early childhood development
  • nursery nurse experience
  • BEd
  • BSc Hons (QTS)
  • BTEC certificate in children
  • CACHE level 1 or 2
  • CACHE level 2 or 3
  • DET/DTTLS
  • early childhood studies degree
