Job Description:

Inspire young minds in a warm, welcoming nursery setting. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape the early experiences of children in a nurturing environment where wellbeing and learning go hand in hand.

Job Responsibility:

Relationship Building: Working closely with parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure every child feels safe and supported
Observation & Planning: Tracking developmental milestones and creating inspiring, age-appropriate activities
Nurturing Environment: Maintaining a clean, safe, and stimulating space specifically tailored for the needs of babies and toddlers
Team Collaboration: Working as part of a cohesive team to ensure the smooth running of the Under 2's room

Requirements:

A relevant childcare qualification (ideally NVQ Level 2 or 3)
Proven experience in an early years setting, particularly with the Under 2 age group
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work on your own initiative
A positive, can-do attitude and a team-focused approach to daily challenges
