Job Responsibility

Lead a team of early years practitioners
Ensure children are happy, safe, loved, and thriving
Oversee staff in the successful implementation of the daily operations of a room for children aged between 3 months and 8 years
Provide full care and education
Ensure delivery of high-quality teaching and learning
Supervise, mentor, and support both qualified and unqualified staff
Work closely with families, schools, and other local agencies as part of a multi-agency team
Help maintain OFSTED compliance
Use resources effectively
