Early Years Practitioner - Under 2's Specialist. Location: Lingfield. Start Date: March 2026. Salary: From £27,000 per annum + £1,000 Golden Hello. Contract: Full-Time, All Year Round. Job Responsibility:

  • Building relationships with parents, carers, and professionals
  • Observing and tracking developmental milestones

Requirements:

  • Relevant childcare qualification (ideally NVQ Level 2 or 3)
  • Proven experience in an early years setting, particularly with the Under 2 age group
