Job Description

At Thrive Childcare and Education, children come first every time — and that starts with the passionate, caring people who make up our teams. Located in the beautiful village of Weston, Thrive Weston Village is a well-established nursery with a strong reputation for quality care and learning. Our setting includes an established Forest School, giving children daily opportunities to explore, learn, and play in nature. With free on-site parking and a supportive, experienced team, this is a wonderful place to grow your Early Years career. Whether you’re qualified, unqualified, returning to childcare after a break, or exploring a new career, we’d love to hear from you! We’ll provide all the training and support you need to grow in your Early Years journey.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide safe, engaging, and fun learning experiences for children aged 3 months to 5 years
  • Support the team in daily routines, activities, and holiday cover
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Promote the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children

Requirements

  • Passion for working with young children and supporting their development
  • Teamwork and reliability
  • Early Years qualification is desirable but not essential
