Randstad Education is onboarding enthusiastic Nursery Assistants for reputable private day nurseries and pre-schools throughout the Wirral area. Job Summary: Step into a supportive team as a Nursery Assistant and help provide a safe, warm environment for children under five. You will support daily play schedules, help prepare healthy snacks, and ensure excellent hygiene standards are met.

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting early language development through reading, singing, and talking games
  • Supervising children during indoor and outdoor activities to guarantee safety
  • Assisting nursery practitioners with room transitions and clean-up

Requirements

  • Prior childcare experience (nurseries, schools, or nanny work)
  • Warm, positive energy and an understanding of early safety guidelines
