Job Description:

Are you an experienced Early Years leader looking for a role that respects your time outside of the classroom? We are seeking a dedicated, qualified Manager to lead our team in Plympton.

Job Responsibility:

  • Shaping the educational foundation of our children
  • Mentoring a team of passionate educators

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 3 in Early Years/Childcare
  • Proven track record in a managerial or leadership role within a setting
  • A deep understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and team development
  • Based in or able to commute easily to the Plympton area
What we offer:
