A beautiful family‑run nursery near Cranleigh is looking for a dedicated Early Years Learning Partner to join their friendly team. This charming, homely setting prides itself on creating a safe, joyful environment where children can explore, grow and feel truly valued.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting children aged 2–5 through play, learning and daily routines
  • Working as part of a small, welcoming team
  • Helping deliver creative activities, outdoor exploration and early learning
  • Creating a warm, nurturing environment for every child
  • Assisting with observations, key person duties and parent communication
  • Ensuring children feel safe, included and supported every day

Requirements:

  • A car driver (essential due to rural location)
  • Experience in early years or a childcare qualification (Level 2/3 ideal)
  • Someone available term‑time only, with an urgent start
