Job Description:

YMCA Trinity Group is looking for a enthusiastic and committed Early Years Educator to join our vibrant childcare setting on Wellington Street. Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and creating a joyful, safe, and stimulating environment for children to thrive? We’re looking for a dedicated Early Years Educator to join our vibrant and supportive team. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the room and ensuring a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting the day-to-day running of the room
Providing high-quality learning experiences in line with the EYFS
Working as part of a friendly, experienced, and supportive team
Using your initiative while also taking direction when needed
Bringing creativity, vision, and enthusiasm to your practice

Requirements:

A relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
A minimum of two years post qualifying experience
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
Great IT skills and a collaborative spirit

Nice to have:

Sing out of tune with confidence in a room full of giggling children
Be a pirate on Monday and a doctor on Tuesday
Dive into messy play with enthusiasm
Recite The Very Hungry Caterpillar from memory
Get genuinely excited about a child’s learning milestone
Share ideas and bring them to life with your team
