Job Description:

A warm and welcoming, term-time only nursery school in the London Borough of Merton is seeking a dedicated Early Years Educator (Level 3) to join their team from January 2025 on a full-time basis. As an Early Years Educator, you will be working with children aged 2–4 years, supporting their learning and development within a nurturing EYFS environment. You will work closely with teachers and fellow Early Years professionals to deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences tailored to each child’s needs.

Job Responsibility:

Acting as a key worker for up to 10 children
Planning and leading a range of creative, play-based learning activities
Completing observations and assessments using online software
Building strong relationships with parents and providing daily and termly updates
Supporting children with additional needs and working alongside relevant professionals

Requirements:

Hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (suitable for EYFS ratios)
Have strong Early Years experience
Be an enthusiastic and proactive team player
Demonstrate a reliable, committed, and caring approach
