Job Description:

Are you a passionate Early Years professional looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Educators to support a range of welcoming schools and nurseries across South West London. You will be supporting young children (typically aged 2–4 years) within a nurturing Early Years setting, helping them learn, grow, and thrive through engaging, play-based experiences. Working alongside teachers and Early Years teams, you will help create a safe, stimulating environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS
Planning and delivering fun, creative, play-based activities
Acting as a key worker and building strong relationships with children
Observing, tracking, and recording children’s progress
Working closely with parents, carers, and colleagues
Supporting children with additional needs where required

Requirements:

Hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (suitable for EYFS ratios)
Have strong Early Years’ experience
Be an enthusiastic and proactive team player
Demonstrate a reliable, committed, and caring approach
