We’re working with an outstanding early years provision in Lambeth who are seeking a dedicated Level 3 qualified Early Years Educator to join their warm, supportive team. Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework

  • Be a role model for the children and demonstrate best practice to colleagues
  • Give parents and carers a warm welcome and concise handover at the end of the day
  • Complete Nursery In A Box for all key children meeting targets and providing detailed accounts underpinned by the EYFS
  • Take pride in room and nursery ensuring it is presented well with organised resources, engaging displays and inviting layout
  • Attend both in-house and external training as required (some outside working hours)
  • Assist in thorough planning and delivery of a variety of indoor and outdoor activities to maintain children's interests and development
  • Attend all staff events including parents evening, staff meetings and summer fairs (some out of hours and weekends)
