Job Responsibility
Work as part of the Childcare Team to provide an amazing service for both children and families
Ensure the children's environment and nursery is kept safe, secure and clean at all times adhering to safeguarding policies
Be a role model for the children and demonstrate best practice to colleagues
Give parents and carers a warm welcome and concise handover at the end of the day
Complete Nursery In A Box for all key children meeting targets and providing detailed accounts underpinned by the EYFS
Take pride in room and nursery ensuring it is presented well with organised resources, engaging displays and inviting layout
Attend both in-house and external training as required (some outside working hours)
Assist in thorough planning and delivery of a variety of indoor and outdoor activities to maintain children's interests and development
Attend all staff events including parents evening, staff meetings and summer fairs (some out of hours and weekends)
Requirements
Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom
Completion of a Keeping Children Safe Form
DBS check
At least 2 satisfactory employment references
Some roles may require a 5-year employment history
Being a car driver is essential (for Longdale nursery)
