Job Description:

Inspire, Lead, and Grow: Baby Room Lead in Central Cambridge. Are you a passionate Early Years professional with a heart for nurturing the littlest learners? We are looking for an inspiring Baby Room Lead (Level 3 or above) to join our vibrant, expanding nursery family in the heart of Cambridge. Our setting is a beautifully refurbished, nurturing environment where social and emotional development takes center stage. From our magical outdoor garden with Forest School sessions to our cozy, modern indoor spaces, we provide the perfect backdrop for you to shape young lives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee care and early education of 1-2 year olds
  • Ensure safe, creative, and inspiring environment
  • Lead baby room team
  • Foster social and emotional development

Requirements:

  • Level 3 (or equivalent) in EYFS or higher
  • Proven track record of working with toddlers (1-2 years)
  • Genuine drive to make a difference in child development
  • Teaching skills
  • Baby room experience
  • Nursery nurse experience
  • BEd
  • Early childhood studies degree

Nice to have:

  • Previous supervisory or Room Lead experience
  • Current Paediatric First Aid qualification
