We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Years Teacher to join our team in August 2026. Job Responsibility

  • Teach and support children in the Early Years, following IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) principles
  • Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
  • Foster curiosity and creativity through play-based and inquiry-based learning approaches
  • Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual learners and encourage holistic growth
  • Observe and assess student progress, maintaining accurate records and sharing feedback with parents
  • Integrate technology and hands-on activities to enhance learning experiences
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment aligned with IB philosophy
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, building strong partnerships in support of each child’s development
  • Promote school values and create a positive, inclusive classroom culture

Requirements

  • A university degree in Education or Early Childhood Education, with a recognised teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching Early Years students, preferably in an international or IB school
  • Familiarity with the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) and inquiry-based learning approaches
  • Proven ability to create a warm, engaging, and supportive classroom environment
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English (basic French is an advantage)
  • A collaborative mindset and flexibility in a multicultural environment
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice
  • Passion for inspiring young learners and supporting their growth through creative and meaningful experiences
