Early Years Assistant

Are you a nurturing and qualified EYFS Assistant looking for a stable and fulfilling role? We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic practitioner to join our dedicated Early Years team. This is a chance to work exclusively with our youngest learners, utilising your passion for play-based learning and early child development. The core focus of this position is to support the learning and development of children within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS - ages 3-5). You will work as a key member of the team, supporting the delivery of engaging, play-based activities, observing and recording children's progress against the EYFS framework, and acting as a Key Worker for a small group of children.
