Permanent opportunity for an early years assistant. Join a warm and welcoming nursery team in this permanent position, where you'll help shape the future of young children in a professional, well-supported environment.

Job Responsibility:

Assist with the delivery of high-quality EYFS activities that promote learning through play
Build strong, positive relationships with children, supporting their emotional and social development
Record observations of children's progress and contribute to their ongoing assessments
Assist with personal care routines such as mealtimes, nappy changes, and hygiene, ensuring children's health and safety at all times
Foster an inclusive, engaging, and stimulating environment where children feel safe to explore and learn

Requirements:

Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (mandatory)
Previous experience working with children aged 0-5
Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and the EYFS framework
A caring and compassionate nature, with a genuine desire to help children grow and develop
