Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for an Early Years Tutor to join our team of professionals delivering early years practitioner and early years educator qualifications in Birmingham and the surrounding areas. This is a perfect opportunity to deliver inspirational programmes that engage and motivate our learners to progress and achieve.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage apprenticeships for the lifecycle of their programme, from sign-up to reviews, EPA and the timely completion of the qualification including all associated administration
  • Robustly assess and develop learner competency for a range of qualifications
  • Provide training for all components including functional skills throughout the apprenticeship, in line with our quality standards
  • Work with current and prospective employers to identify and secure additional apprenticeship opportunities

Requirements:

  • An Early Years qualification
  • A recognised teaching qualification
  • A1 assessor or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to create great rapport
  • Highly organised
  • Demonstrated planning and time-management skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Meet the criteria as laid out in the person specification for the role
