Hollybank Trust SEN School are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Apprentice to join their friendly team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting children and young people from 2 to 8 years, while gaining valuable experience, training, and qualifications in a nurturing, supportive environment.
Job Responsibility
Planning and implementing fun and educational activities with the children and young people
Play alongside and with children/young people to support their play
Supporting children and young people's creative and imaginative experiences
Maintaining development records on key children
Supervising children and young people at mealtimes
Contributing to and promoting health and safety
Requirements
Good Maths- A-C (9-4) Grades in maths or equivalent is desired but not essential
Good English – A-C (9-4) Grades in English or equivalent is desired but not essential
Useful Qualities to have: Friendly and approachable, Patient, and caring
The ability to interact positively with children and adults
Flexible and willing to carry out a number of different activities within the job role
To be Reliable, Trustworthy, Motivated and have the ability to work using your own initiative
