Job Description:

This is a full-time leadership development program for ambitious young professionals who want to grow into leadership roles in the food & beverage industry. Over 12 months you will rotate across key areas of our operations, lead strategic projects and develop the skills needed to manage teams and drive business impact.

Job Responsibility:

  • Broad operational exposure to experience how our business works end-to-end, from production lines to quality control and market release
  • Rotational assignments by gaining hands-on experience in three key areas such as Plant QA, Country QA and Production to build a well-rounded understanding of quality management
  • Real responsibility while leading cross-functional projects, taking ownership of initiatives and even managing your own team
  • Mentoring & coaching with a senior Quality leader as your mentor, supported by a career coach
  • Structured training plan to build capabilities in project management, stakeholder management, regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, presentation skills and more

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in the food or chemical industry
  • Relevant university degree (food engineering, biology, chemistry)
  • Strong motivation to lead and grow into a managerial role
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Collaboration and communication strength
  • Track record of leading a team, projects or coordination experience (academic, professional, or personal)
  • Fluency in English and Hungarian
