  • Build structured, high-impact early talent experiences, including onboarding frameworks, learning and development plans, formal mentorship programs, performance feedback cycles, and clearly defined program milestones
  • Lead program operations and logistics across the full lifecycle, including calendars, events, cohort programming, manager enablement, evaluations, surveys, and conversion decision frameworks
  • Measure and communicate program impact, tracking intern and early-career performance, engagement, conversion rates, retention, and long-term business outcomes to continuously improve program effectiveness

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in program management, recruiting operations, early talent programs, or campus recruitment, ideally within a SaaS or high-growth technology environment
  • Proven ability to manage complex, company-wide programs involving multiple stakeholders and functions
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers across technical, commercial, and corporate teams
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Passion for developing early-career talent and building equitable, inclusive internship programs
  • Comfortable working autonomously while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines
What we offer:
  • Competitive salary and meaningful equity opportunities
  • Healthcare, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) / RRSP enrollment program
  • Take what you need PTO
  • A Work Culture where: You’ll work alongside folks across the globe that reflect the MaintainX values, Smart Humble Optimist
