Job Responsibility
Manage updates of transportation pricing lists across Agro, Finished Goods, GRB, and leased fleet categories
Support warehouse operations pricing update processes for 3PL distribution centers and factory operational warehouses (including multipack flows)
Coordinate new pricing definition notifications and ensure accurate communication to relevant stakeholders
Support spot quotation processes for transportation and repacking requests, ensuring timely and accurate pricing
Assist in Bev CoPacking spot quotation processes, including coordination and documentation of pricing proposals
Manage raw material damage processes, particularly in cases of damage occurring during internal transportation, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up
Provide support in tender offer preparation, including bid file creation and analysis format development
Maintain supplier database by collecting required documentation, filing records, and ensuring accurate system entry and data integrity
Prepare reports and conduct data analysis for procurement audit processes and compliance requirements
Develop standard departmental presentations by consolidating data, performing analysis, and supporting reporting needs
Requirements
Fresh graduates or professionals with a maximum 1 year of working experience (Note that you can apply if you will graduate before August 2026)
