Job Responsibility

  • Lead, onboard, and support teachers and assistants in daily operations and professional growth
  • Cultivate a positive, collaborative, and respectful environment across all teams
  • Implement the educational project, child-centred practices, and documentation standards
  • Ensure high-quality educational practices and alignment across all classrooms
  • Coordinate early learning projects, events, and institutional initiatives
  • Manage routines, schedules, and resources efficiently alongside School Coordination
  • Anticipate operational needs and resolve daily challenges constructively
  • Act as the main link between staff and Coordination, ensuring clear information flow
  • Build trust-based relationships with families and support meetings or events

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Early Childhood Education settings, with a strong understanding of early years pedagogy and documentation

  • Strong interpersonal skills with professional fluency in both Portuguese and English, essential for a multicultural school environment
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to resolve daily operational and team challenges constructively
