Job Description:

Join our passionate team as an early learning program instructor! Deliver Shichida classes, engage children and parents, and support the learning journey in a values-driven environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver up to 4 Shichida classes per day to children from 0 to 6 years old
  • Lead & engage children and parents through a range of fun activities in accordance with the curriculum
  • Positively influence children’s learning and development
  • Actively liaise and partner with parents to support their children’s learning journey
  • Prepare materials for class use
  • Connect with current and prospective parents about the program on the phone or face-to-face
  • Represent Shichida values and provide excellent customer experience to our families
  • Assist with general office operations as and when required

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated passion for working with children
  • An understanding and appreciation of the importance of the early education system
  • Demonstrated initiative and drive to contribute to a growing organisation
  • Ability to work independently, inter-dependently and collaboratively
  • Proven behavioural management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The right to work in Australia without restriction: citizen or permanent resident
  • Prior experience working with children (highly advantageous!)
  • Valid Working with Children Check
  • A bachelor’s degree
