Early Intervention Specialist (EIS)\n\nLocation: Cape Cod & Surrounding Areas, MA (Home‑based with local travel)\nOrganization Type: Community‑based Human Services & Early Intervention Provider\n\nRequirements\nActive Massachusetts licensure in one of the following: OT, RN, LMHC, SLP, PT, or LCSW/LICSW, and eligibility to serve as an Early Intervention Specialist\nEarly Intervention Specialist certification (or ability to obtain per state standards)\nExperience working with infants, toddlers, and families in home‑ or community‑based settings\nValid Massachusetts driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel for home visits\nJob Duties\nConduct developmental assessments and eligibility evaluations across cognitive, motor, communication, social‑emotional, and adaptive domains\nCollaborate with families to develop and update Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) with measurable goals\nProvide home‑, community‑, and group‑based early intervention services using a parent/caregiver coaching model\nEducate and empower families to support child development, access resources, and advocate for their child’s needs\nCoordinate care with multidisciplinary providers to ensure integrated service delivery\nMaintain timely, accurate documentation and ensure compliance with Early Intervention operational standards\nMonitor progress toward IFSP goals and adjust interventions as needed\nAdditional Information\nSchedule: Flexible, built around caseload; seeking 30-40 hours/week (24 hours minimum). No weekends. Some virtual visits available for island‑based families\nPay Range (Hourly, DOE):\nOccupational Therapist: $34-38/hr\nRegistered Nurse: $33-36/hr\nLicensed Mental Health Counselor / Social Worker (LCSW/LICSW): $33-35.50/hr\nSpeech‑Language Pathologist: $37-40/hr\nPhysical Therapist: $38-40/hr\n\nMileage is reimbursed at the current federal rate; ferry travel is covered when applicable. Company‑provided iPad and cellphone.
