We are seeking two experienced and suitably qualified professionals to join Jesuit Social Services. EIOS workers will be based at either Charles La Trobe College or Roxburgh College. In these roles, you will deliver tailored, one-on-one case management support to children and young people at risk of, or in contact with, the youth justice system, with a strong focus on helping them remain engaged in education and achieve positive life outcomes.You will work closely with students to address complex and intersectional needs, while building strong, collaborative relationships with school staff. The role also involves providing secondary consultation and expert guidance to schools, supporting them to effectively respond to the diverse challenges faced by vulnerable young people.
Job Responsibility:
