Job Description

We’re on the lookout for a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join a purpose-led centre in North Melbourne. This is an opportunity to work with a well-established team that values collaboration, child-led learning, and continuous development.

Job Responsibility

Planning and implementing engaging learning programs aligned with the EYLF
Building warm, respectful relationships with children and families
Supporting the social, emotional, and academic development of each child
Contributing to a positive team culture built on reflective practice
Participating in curriculum reviews and ongoing quality improvement

Requirements

Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Registration with VIT (or eligibility)
A clear understanding of developmentally appropriate practice
Great communication and team collaboration skills
A commitment to inclusive, child-centered education
