Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in the field
Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues
Passion for early childhood education and commitment to high-quality care and learning outcomes
Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and positive in challenging situations

Job Responsibility

Designing and organizing learning experiences in both indoor and outdoor settings, using diverse materials and tools to support students’ growth
Offering a range of activities to enhance motor skills, teamwork, confidence, and comprehension
Encouraging language development through storytelling, role-playing, songs, rhymes, and both individual and group discussions
Monitoring students’ progress to identify any health concerns, emotional challenges, or developmental difficulties
Ensuring students’ nutritional, safety, and well-being needs are met while addressing any factors that may hinder their progress
Communicating with parents about their child’s development and progress
Attending parent-teacher meetings, staff discussions, and committee gatherings
Engaging in community and family support initiatives as needed
Overseeing and mentoring student teachers during their training placements
