Early Childhood Teacher

• Designing and organizing learning experiences in both indoor and outdoor settings, using diverse materials and tools to support students’ growth
• Offering a range of activities to enhance motor skills, teamwork, confidence, and comprehension
• Encouraging language development through storytelling, role-playing, songs, rhymes, and both individual and group discussions
• Monitoring students’ progress to identify any health concerns, emotional challenges, or developmental difficulties
• Ensuring students’ nutritional, safety, and well-being needs are met while addressing any factors that may hinder their progress
• Communicating with parents about their child’s development and progress
• Attending parent-teacher meetings, staff discussions, and committee gatherings
• Engaging in community and family support initiatives as needed
• Overseeing and mentoring student teachers during their training placements

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in the field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues
• Passion for early childhood education and commitment to high-quality care and learning outcomes
• Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and positive in challenging situations
