Requirements

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Queensland College of Teachers Registration (QCT)
  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Working With Children’s Check (Blue Card)
  • Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Strong understanding of Child Supervision and the Mandatory Reporting Process
  • Ability to make a positive impact by creating a positive environment for children and capable of building strong relationships with children and families
  • A current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
  • A genuine love for shaping little minds
  • The energy to keep up with a room full of curious explorers

  • Build relationships with Early Education community partners to enhance collaboration and improve service delivery

  • Input data into Early Childhood dashboards and systems as required by the program
