Job Responsibility
Operational Oversight: Ensure seamless delivery across multiple sites while maintaining occupancy and financial viability
Quality & Compliance: Uphold the 'Exceeding' standard across all services, ensuring strict adherence to NQS and regulatory requirements
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key representative for the NFP, fostering relationships with families, local councils, and community partners
Mentorship: Provide coaching to Educational Leaders and room staff to inspire innovative practice
Curriculum Design: Oversee the implementation of cutting-edge, child-led educational programs
Professional Development: Identify training gaps and lead workshops to maintain the highest pedagogical standards
Requirements
Bachelor of Education (Early Years) or equivalent
VIT Registration (or relevant state equivalent)
