Our client is a highly respected, 'Exceeding' rated provider committed to community-centric, high-quality early years education. Due to a continued commitment to excellence, they are seeking two exceptional managers to join their senior leadership team. Role 1: Portfolio Manager (Full-Time). The Mission: Oversee a diverse portfolio of Long Day Care (LDC) and Sessional Kindergarten services. You will be the bridge between strategic vision and operational excellence. Overseeing a portfolio of 10 sessional kindergartens and LDC. Role 2: Pedagogy Lead (Part-Time: 3–4 Days). The Mission: Advance Pedagogical Excellence - This role is dedicated to mentoring educators and refining the educational programs that define our client’s reputation.

Job Responsibility

  • Operational Oversight: Ensure seamless delivery across multiple sites while maintaining occupancy and financial viability
  • Quality & Compliance: Uphold the 'Exceeding' standard across all services, ensuring strict adherence to NQS and regulatory requirements
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key representative for the NFP, fostering relationships with families, local councils, and community partners
  • Mentorship: Provide coaching to Educational Leaders and room staff to inspire innovative practice
  • Curriculum Design: Oversee the implementation of cutting-edge, child-led educational programs
  • Professional Development: Identify training gaps and lead workshops to maintain the highest pedagogical standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Education (Early Years) or equivalent
  • VIT Registration (or relevant state equivalent)
  • Mandatory Reporting Training and Certificates
  • 2 current references who can attest to your experience working with children
  • Full Australian Working Rights
  • Master's qualification is highly desired
