Job Responsibility:
Certificate III Educators: Focus on direct engagement, facilitating physical, social, and emotional development through creative play and purposeful learning
Diploma Educators: Take on a 'Senior Educator' mindset, assisting with curriculum design (EYLF), mentoring junior staff, and ensuring high-quality pedagogy across the room
Collaborate: Work alongside a professional team to create inclusive environments for children of all abilities
Connect: Build deep, lasting relationships with families and the local community
Requirements:
An ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
A current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
National Child Safety Training
Valid First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training
