Requirements:

  • Diploma in Children's Services (or equivalent)
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with children, families, and colleagues
  • Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework, and child protection requirements
  • A child-safe mindset and a genuine commitment to supporting children's wellbeing and development
  • Proficiency in time management and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (or willing to obtain)
  • NSW Working with Children Check
  • Completion of Child Safe training (e.g. Understanding Child Safety and Responding to Harm), or willingness to complete prior to commencement
