Job Description:

Radical Recruitment is proud to partner with a well-respected bilingual early learning centre in Northmead to appoint a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Educator for their Preschool Room. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to work in a beautifully resourced environment where child-led learning, inclusivity, and community connection are at the heart of everything they do.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting the planning and delivery of school readiness programs
Creating a warm, inclusive and play-based learning environment
Conducting observations and documenting individual learning progress
Building trusting relationships with children, families and fellow educators
Contributing to a collaborative team culture focused on continuous improvement

Requirements:

Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-recognised)
Proven experience in a Preschool or School Readiness Program
A current Working With Children Check, First Aid, CPR and Child Protection certificates
Confidence in programming, planning and documentation
Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to early childhood education
