Radical Recruitment is proud to partner with a well-respected bilingual early learning centre in Northmead to appoint a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Educator for their Preschool Room. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to work in a beautifully resourced environment where child-led learning, inclusivity, and community connection are at the heart of everything they do.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting the planning and delivery of school readiness programs
  • Creating a warm, inclusive and play-based learning environment
  • Conducting observations and documenting individual learning progress
  • Building trusting relationships with children, families and fellow educators
  • Contributing to a collaborative team culture focused on continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-recognised)
  • Proven experience in a Preschool or School Readiness Program
  • A current Working With Children Check, First Aid, CPR and Child Protection certificates
  • Confidence in programming, planning and documentation
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to early childhood education
