We are seeking a dedicated professional to take the helm of our Traralgon centre. We are currently seeking an experienced Centre Director for an early learning centre in Traralgon, Victoria. We are offering upto $68.53 per hour and $5,000 relocation package for the right candidate for this position. ... As a Centre Director, you are the heartbeat of our leadership team. You will play a pivotal role in mentoring Teachers and Educators, building meaningful relationships with families, and fostering a deep connection with the local community. This is your opportunity to manage and develop your own centre while guiding the next generation of early childhood professionals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Implement a bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogy

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education
  • Proven track record of leading and managing change within education, health, or community services
  • Experience delivering integrated services, particularly in areas of disadvantage
  • Strong skills in financial and operational performance management
